Copyright Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Spy.House service (hereinafter — "Service", "We") respects the rights of all copyright holders, advertisers, and content owners. Our goal is to provide users with an analytical tool for monitoring and researching publicly available advertising information without violating the rights of third parties.

1.2. Spy.House does not publish, distribute, or modify advertising materials. All data displayed in the Service is obtained:

  • from public sources (e.g., public advertising libraries, websites, creative archives, publicly available advertisements);
  • or uploaded by users themselves, who are responsible for the supportity of their placement.

2. Principles of Working with Materials

2.1. Spy.House displays advertising materials exclusively for analytical, statistical, and research purposes.

2.2. We do not create, edit, or distribute original creatives of copyright holders. Any use of materials in the Service occurs within the framework of legally permitted analysis and review (fair use).

2.3. Materials presented in Spy.House are not used for commercial purposes — the Service merely provides an opportunity to view and study them as part of advertising research.

3. Notifications of Possible Violations

3.1. If you are a copyright holder and believe that any material presented in the Service violates your copyright, related, or other rights, you can send a notification to the Administration.

3.2. The notification must contain:

  • full name of the copyright holder (or authorized representative);
  • link to the disputed material in Spy.House;
  • description of the nature of the violation;
  • confirmation of your rights (e.g., ownership document, contract, power of attorney).

3.4. The Administration reviews all requests within 5 (five) business days of receipt. If a violation is confirmed — the corresponding material is removed or hidden from public access.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Spy.House is an analytical platform and is not responsible for the actions of Users or third-party sources from which data is received.

4.2. We do not control the content of third-party websites and advertising networks, links to which may be displayed as part of the analysis.

4.3. The Administration is not responsible for:

  • placement of materials by Users that violate anyone's rights;
  • automatic collection of data from open sources that are freely available;
  • possible errors in data display.

5. Voluntary Interaction and Dispute Resolution

5.1. Spy.House adheres to the principle of peaceful resolution of any issues with copyright holders.

5.2. We are always ready for dialogue and good-faith resolution of situations outside of court, through negotiations and correspondence.

5.3. In case of disagreements, the Parties undertake to take all reasonable measures to resolve the situation in a pre-trial manner, including the exchange of written explanations and proposals.

6. Policy Updates

6.1. Spy.House reserves the right to update this Policy at any time.

6.2. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the official website https://spy.house.
