This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the Spy.House service (hereinafter — the "Administration", "We") and the individual or legal entity using the functionality of the service (hereinafter — the "User", "You").
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have fully read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Spy.House Service provides Users with tools for analyzing, monitoring, and systematizing publicly available advertising information, including the analysis of advertising creatives and competitors placed in open sources and advertising networks.
1.2. Spy.House is not an intermediary, partner, or affiliate of Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Yandex, VKontakte, or other advertising systems.
1.3. The Service does not use closed APIs or unauthorized methods of obtaining data. All information is formed from open sources or is provided by Users voluntarily.
1.4. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with civil law.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. Spy.House provides the User with access to functionality, including:
- viewing, searching, and analyzing advertising creatives and competitors’ ads;
- filtering, statistics, and analytics for open advertising materials;
- storing user collections and data within the subscription.
2.2. The Service is intended solely for analytical and research purposes. Using the obtained data for posting, copying, mass distribution, or commercial use of third-party advertising materials without the rights holder’s permission is prohibited.
3. Paid Services, Subscription, and Trial Period
3.1. Access to the Service’s core functionality is provided on a paid subscription basis.
3.2. Current rates and subscription terms are indicated in the User’s account.
3.3. Upon registration, each User is provided with a 7‑day trial period with free access to the Service. This period is sufficient to familiarize yourself with the functionality and decide whether to purchase a subscription.
3.4. After the trial period ends, further use of the Service is possible only upon subscribing and paying.
3.5. The subscription does not renew automatically. The User independently monitors the subscription period and renews it in time so as not to lose access.
3.6. Refunds for paid subscriptions are not provided, including if the User has stopped using the Service, changed their mind, or did not use the paid period.
3.7. Payment for the subscription constitutes the User’s acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement.
4. Liability of the Parties
4.1. The User undertakes to:
- use the Service strictly within the law and the Agreement;
- not violate third‑party rights, including copyrights and commercial rights;
- not use the Service’s data for unfair competition.
4.2. The Administration:
- is not responsible for failures, interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the Service caused by third parties, technical malfunctions, hosting, ISPs, or advertising networks;
- does not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or relevance of data obtained from third‑party sources;
- may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance and technical work.
5. Restrictions
5.1. The User is prohibited from:
- using the Service for automatic data collection (bots, scrapers, etc.);
- bypassing technical protections and limitations;
- transferring data to third parties without the Administration’s permission;
- using the Service to distribute spam, phishing, or illegal content.
5.2. The Service does not process private data protected by third‑party platform privacy settings.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All interface elements, source code, database, design, and content of the Service are protected by copyright and belong to the Administration.
6.2. The User is granted a non‑exclusive license to use the Service solely for personal and research purposes.
7. Data Processing
7.1. When using the Service, the User agrees to the processing of technical data (cookies, IP address, activity statistics) for analytics and improving Spy.House.
7.2. The Administration does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases directly provided for by law.
8. Dispute Resolution and Communication
8.1. All disputes, claims, and disagreements between the User and the Administration are resolved exclusively through negotiations and correspondence (in electronic or written form).
8.2. The Parties confirm that peaceful settlement of any disagreements is a priority. Going to court is not allowed until all possibilities for amicable settlement have been exhausted.
8.3. All official communications are sent to the Administration’s email address listed below.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Administration may change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice.
9.2. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the official website.
9.3. Use of the Service constitutes the User’s full consent to these terms.
